Yellow Cab is a large national chain cab company with franchises from California to Virginia. It’s commonly seen in Alexandria. This one is in a hurry to who knows where in the Chirilagua neighborhood.

les taxis jaunes americains, qui m’ont fait rever pendant des annees. jusqu’a mon 1er voyage a new york, et là ils ont perdus de leurs charmes. le 1er taxi que j’ais pris pour aller de l’aeroport de JFK a mon hotel, j’ais bien cru que j’allais mourir cent fois ;o)

And something we definitely don’t see many of here in Paris is the stationwagon. How convenient for carrying things.

Big and comfortable, I like this taxi. It is great to see so many different taxis all over the world. I didn’t post one myself (sorry about that) but I have recommended my visitors to take a look at this wonderful monthly theme.
