The first of the month theme day has come around again, and this time we spotlight taxis.

Yellow Cab is a large national chain cab company with franchises from California to Virginia. It’s commonly seen in Alexandria. This one is in a hurry to who knows where in the Chirilagua neighborhood.

    Dear MarieMcc, I just notice the links to your blog are pointing to the wrong address; it points alexandriadailyphoto.com instead of alexandriadailyphoto.wordpress.com and that is even true on your own post. Somebody sabotage your entry, they don’t want you to win the first price. 😉

    les taxis jaunes americains, qui m’ont fait rever pendant des annees. jusqu’a mon 1er voyage a new york, et là ils ont perdus de leurs charmes. le 1er taxi que j’ais pris pour aller de l’aeroport de JFK a mon hotel, j’ais bien cru que j’allais mourir cent fois ;o)

  6. And something we definitely don’t see many of here in Paris is the stationwagon. How convenient for carrying things.

    I also noticed that your link was wrong in our link list. Also, when I visit your site through links from other CDP blogs or your own page, the old address is there rather than the new one. It does link to the new one, but makes for another step to get to you.
