Who can resist photographing fresh produce? Not me. I hate cooking, so I’d much rather shoot them than wash, peel or chop them.
We have a farmer’s market in Market Square every Saturday from 5 am to 10 am. It doesn’t seem like a lot of time, but the square is used regularly for other events, especially on weekends. Besides, if you miss it, just get up early and come back next Saturday!
The colors in this shot are great. Makes me want to cook something with them.
Those veggies look wonderfully fresh! I’d be there early, for sure!
Carol, I bet you have some good farmer’s markets in your area. As for the colors, it’s overcast here about 90% of the time. If you look at my shots, there’s hardly ever any shadows and I hardly ever get good sunsets. The advantage to overcast conditions is it makes lighting very even and colors saturated.
Micki, these veggies really are fresh and in a lot better condition that what I see at the supermarket! đŸ™‚
I like the way they present it!
I like this one. Beautiful colors!
