Even though it was a nice day, not too many people were out and about. Bad day for business, but it makes the photography a little easier!

Cool. I was in Alexandria almost 2 years ago visiting my husband’s aunt and uncle. We would hop on a bus to the Van Dorn St. Metro and ride in to see the sites in DC. Very nice city.

dutchie, thank you! I’m definitely feeling the madness! It’s fun!
hi, denton! I was just in your neck of the woods, sorta. Visited Charleston last month. I like your blog, too.
lisi, I have lots of great things to show you!
kostas, Thessaloniki is on my list of places I’d love to visit!
natalie, it’s even easier to visit now. there are free shuttle buses from the King Street metro to Old Town every Friday to Sunday. I need to take a picture of that bus, too. They have lovely murals painted all over them!
